self expression as a form of release

One of the most healing things that you can do for yourself is create. Create out of a space of true authenticity rather than to get validation from others. Self expression as a form of release and freedom. The rawest form of a human is the inner child, the child that was in full self-expression. Being inspired in your own presence will inspire others, this is the best thing that you can do for them. Performance can be spotted so quickly, people will feel whether or not you are being authentic. To be “cringe” in current society is really just to be free in self- expression. People who think everything is cringe are the people who wish they had the courage to be cringe. The people who are cringe, the people who are getting called losers, aren’t the real losers. The real losers are the ones putting all their energy into bringing someone else down. We are given our hearts and bodies only once. Love with all your heart, always express your love, and never be ashamed of loving something or someone. And never shame someone else for loving something or someone that they love. Move with your heart always, lean into the things that you love instead of putting up a wall. Nothing that you feel is too much or unlovable. Every single part of you is worthy of being accepted. Creativity teaches you that perfection only lies in the present moment, therefore chasing real perfection is just to chase joy in the present moment. Everything you love, love it fully and protect it with all of your will. Don’t ever be afraid to protect and fight for what you love. Love is what connects us all together, all of us resemble a mosaic of everyone we’ve ever loved, everyone that was in love to create us. It’s a beautiful thing, and should never be shamed or restricted.
